Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback on pay, colleagues, and benefits at ENGIE. We understand your concerns about the company’s reliability. ENGIE's reliability is demonstrated by our strong global presence, with over 100,000 employees across 31 countries. Moreover, our sustained organic growth, highlighted by an 18% increase in Q3 2024 EBIT (excluding nuclear) in the third quarter, driven by Renewables, Networks, and GEMS, reflects our robust performance and commitment to a sustainable future. Best regards, The ENGIE HR Team

Pros

Good job opportunities, with good managers and team. Opportunity to gain expertise in a concerete scientific field.

Cons

Very focused on research. Working in the laboratory I was not in contact with other departments or areas inside of ENGIE. As an internship, I didn't have much freedom but an assigned task that I had to develop.
