Pros

Free food that was it

Cons

At the beginning the company was ok people were normal and friendly but then hell broke loss. People started gossiping behind other people and acting childish and just wanted attention and was just jealous that younger people started working there they were freaked out they would get canned because in their minds the younger generations were going to take over and they were so worried they would lose their job which I thought was a hilarious 😆 They make you work hard with low pay. The people there were just annoying and very boring to be around. I couldn’t take it much longer so I started to lose interest working there I then started looking for new work and when they laid me off due to lack of work; I was so thankful. They actually did me a huge favor. I never in my lifetime worked in a place where there was too much drama. I would never in my lifetime go back to work here. It was a huge mistake. The pay is not good and they make you work your butt off. I feel sorry for all the new people who think it’s a good company when it’s not. So many people have left the company. One woman who worked there actually was stalking me so I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. She was mentally ill. I had to run away and hide from her to try and avoid her.

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

ENSCO is trying to expand too quickly without having the correct staff in place; the feeling is that they're hiring anybody who applies. Management is underqualified and untrained. Management takes too long to handle HR complaints in regards to harassment and mistreatment of subordinate employees. There are limited positions open and room for growth or new opportunities is limited.

Dear ENSCO former employee, I am concerned about your comments. We have multiple locations and operate in multiple markets, so I don’t know your specific situation. I can tell you, however, we take HR complaints very seriously and work to resolve them in a constructive, proactive and timely manner. From employees’ comments and actions, we do know that most ENSCO employees enjoy their work environment and respect the people they are working with and for. Many employees stay with the company for many years, and our employee retention rates significantly exceed the industry average. While we may encounter hurdles when the company expands, I believe that company growth is very positive for our employees; growth increases opportunities for career advancement, which was one of your concerns. I am sorry your experience at ENSCO was not a positive one. I believe this was an exception that does not reflect the experience of most ENSCO employees. Our goal is to provide a work environment where no employee has a negative work experience. Please, feel free to reach out to me personally to discuss this further. We value input from both current and former employees and will take steps to improve where we can. Regards, Boris
