Pros
Great work schedule and good wage. EOG was very good to work for. Clear concise assignments. They also allowed you to think for yourself. Good upper supervision to work for.
Cons
Working away from home but that comes with the territory. Very little downside. Do what was expected of you in a timely manner and you could get along easily. Getting laid off due to downturn in oil market.
