Favoritism, poor communication, every department is very silo'd and terrible communication with overseas headquarters.

Market leader in Podwer Bed Fusion, quite flexible working arrangement, particularly considering latest go back to the office full-time trend.

Cons

Yearly restructuring leaves responsibility holes that slow down interdepartment work. It seems that the biggest internal focus of the company right now is diversity rather than finding the right person for the job.

Shady as they come. Lazy office employees who'd rather take smoke breaks all day than do the job. Senior management is AWFUL. Good ol' boys club. Zero diversity. Toxic environment.
