      1. Good processes 2. Healty atmosphere 3. No excessive control from the company 4. A number of projects, internal and external 5. Comfortable offices 6. Clear career path 7. Infinite possibilities for learn (courses, practices, assessments)

      Cons

      1. As a huge and predominantly outsource company it may not fit someone's taste. 2. Benefits look good, nothing exceptional though.
