Pros

EPAM values its employees and provides them with a lot of resources, internal training, and up-skilling programs so their employees can grow in their careers.

Cons

The company's assessment process is not the best. They usually do not consider your current clients and activities, and for you to grow further, sometimes you will have to understand things you do not deal with or never dealt with just because that is something they consider necessary for a person going from senior to lead for example.

- There is noting to think of pros, just a service based industry, with good salary

Cons

- No hikes - No work life balance - Blindly follows client, if they are wrong - To apply onsite, you need to clear the toughest 6 to 10 rounds with local and global team
