Consulting practice is more mature than promoted, and innovation lab is amazing. Management is very supportive of new initiatives. Client centricity is mature.

Despite its sales growth since its founding in 1993, many people are not familiar with EPAM. It is an excellent company with hard working leaders and differentiated offerings. Despite the Russia/Ukraine war, the company's talent mgt processes enabled a relatively smooth transition.
Cons
Prospective new joiners need to recognize that EPAM's strength is its digital engineering prowess. As a result, if a business focused prospective new hire (eg. Client Partner, BD Executive,etc.) is considering joining, recognize that most functions (sales/marketing/hr/etc.) are not as highly regarded as the tech areas.

Focus on the minutia of opportunities and per-project margin instead of building client relationships.
