      Everything depends on the projects... Ability to change the project or relocate.

      Very Russian company. American style people might not like. But again very depend on the project.

      Pros

      Nice DS department (25+ data scientists) with great Head of department and friendly atmosphere inside. Variety of projects with different domains. Very good place for starting DS career and getting experience by working on the project with experienced colleagues.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be assigned to a bad project with supporting spaghetti code but you can raise a request for changing the project.
