Pros

A good place to work for beginners. Challenging tasks and career growth to the particular moment. Also, you can make some extra money, by taking a part in the company initiatives.

Cons

Unprofessional management doesn't focus on customers they want to make more money, but it's pretty common practice in outsourcing companies, lol. Resource managers like to cut a compensation level and tryna do it to the moment when the employee wants to stop a contract. It's not a big problem for experienced guys who understand their professionalism and the value they bring to the customers. Also annoying training like 'how to be comfortable epamer for management' and unreasonable bad anonymous feedback from a colleague that doesn't like you without a particular reason and yes, it's an extremely good argument to cancel a compensation rise.
