      Pros

      Great possibilities to learn, very well developed learning system including DS courses for Senior level specialists

      Cons

      Very low salary Company claims its help with relocation but in fact you have to do everything yourself (get documents needed, buy tickets, search for an accommodation in the destination country - this is all on your shoulders with no help from the company)

      Trouble in paradise

      Pros

      - Nice place to start your career. They gave me an opportunity to choose a project according to my interests even though I got a job having no experience. - REALLY friendly and supportive employees. - The company assisted with relocation. - Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      - Lack of feedback about your work performance. - Inability to work and travel - Exceedingly low salary (comparing to the average for the same positions), no bonuses. - Ineffective communication process with other teams and customers. Personal subjective opinion: After some point (like after 1.5 years in the company) I started to feel like I'm floating in vacuum. Salary raises were frozen, tasks were becoming more and more mechanical, career growth ways were unclear. I lost all the motivation despite I really loved my project and team.
