      Flexible Schedule Bonuses Outsource, enterprise projects, so you are not stuck with one project and switch over to another, gaining multiple experiences.

      Cons

      Flexible schedule depends on the project. Bonus depends on the project. Engaging into management can ruin your career, although sometimes you are pushed to step to management role as well.
