Cons
- Lack of feedback about your work performance. - Inability to work and travel - Exceedingly low salary (comparing to the average for the same positions), no bonuses. - Ineffective communication process with other teams and customers. Personal subjective opinion: After some point (like after 1.5 years in the company) I started to feel like I'm floating in vacuum. Salary raises were frozen, tasks were becoming more and more mechanical, career growth ways were unclear. I lost all the motivation despite I really loved my project and team.
