Pros

Company carries about it's employees (so once your project is over you can easily find something else inside the company) Good salary. Good options for growing (as specialist), that includes performance reviews, IT events (like conferences, presentations and meetings).

Cons

Unfortunately, processing within project, relation between developer->manager, depends on people, so will vary between projects. Personally, I was involved in two project: the first one (bank account) had perfect (almost ideal) processes, technology overview (and changing them all the time). However, on the second no processes, old technologies.

Pros

Wide range of projects to choose from. All kind of competency centers to participate in and learn from. Alot of internal tech events. Ok corporate trainings. Customers you would be proud to put into your CV. Good corporate culture.

Cons

Ugly suffocating old office at Voronezhskaya. Not much of an opportunity to grow above Lead level. In bodyshop mode noone cares about results too much.

Pros

They provide good trainings for Junior devs. They are family-friendly, at least some of their projects are. They have a nice office.

Cons

It is difficult to ask for WFH (work from home) opportunity, some of the project do not allow it at all. Once you are on a project it is not easy to get longer trainings. You work on someone else's program, so you may not decide what / how you work on it.
