Outstanding community of people worldwide. The organization is built on engineering excellence and has grown into an outstanding software engineering and business consulting leader. Solving complex, organizational challenges worldwide are at the heart of EPAM's success.

Cons

There is the need to become quickly self reliant that might be a little overwhelming for people coming from organizations that are older and more established.
