      EPAM offers diverse and complex projects to work on, and ability to switch and try new things.

      Cons

      It requires to be vocal on your needs and ambitions to be heard. Unintentionally, and due to project priorities, the personal goals can and targets can be overlooked, if you don't keep your eye on those.
