In Belarus, the benefits package was solid. Unfortunately, in Georgia it's significantly worse. Salaries are lower compared to competitors. Management is not always professional. Management often freezes salary increases, relocations, bonuses, and promotions for entire locations. After the freeze is lifted, no compensation is provided for the missed period. Relocation is only covered by the client. It’s hard to discuss financial expectations due to the constant uncertainty around freezes.

Stressful, lack of support from management, yearly salary increase is really low
