Pros

- International company - If policies are fairly applied it's a good company. The structure is good in theory - English classes

Cons

- Compensation and Benefits: Employee remuneration is perceived as significantly below market value. Furthermore, there is a complete absence of supplementary benefits such as bonuses or gifts. - Work-Life Balance: A lack of adequate work-life balance is a prevalent concern among employees. - Project Assignment and Advancement: Projects that facilitate a better work-life balance appear to be disproportionately allocated to a specific group of individuals. This preferential assignment enables these individuals to pursue promotions and salary increases more readily. Project Selection Inequity: The project selection process is viewed as unfair and potentially biased. Even high-performing individuals may be excluded from projects based on the preferences of unit leadership, leading to extended periods of unassigned work ("Long Bench"). - International Presence and Language Barrier: Despite its claim of being an international company, a significant reliance on the Russian language creates substantial obstacles for non-Russian speaking employees. This linguistic bias also contributes to instances of employees being unassigned to projects ("Long Bench"). - Relocation Promises: The company's advertised relocation opportunities are perceived as misleading or not genuinely attainable. Human Resources Leadership: Concerns exist regarding the professionalism and sensitivity of the Human Resources leadership in handling delicate employee matters. - Management Communication: Communication from management is characterized by a lack of clarity and causes confusion among employees.
