If you are not experienced enough as IT specialist, then Epam is right place for you - here you will be able to learn new things and grow professionally.

Cons

- If you want a bigger salary, then you need to grow inside Epam. The career opportunities in Epam are connected with never ending "assessments", which require you to spend a lot of time. However, if you are super-busy on your production project, then you may not have this time during the work, so. you need to spend your free time for this. It is difficult. It is even more difficult when you see other people which, for some reason, have a lot of time during working days that can be spent on assessments.
