Mostly good company

Pros

Many projects to choose from. Nice relocation package.

Cons

Uneven demand. Stock compensation rarely makes much sense. Work-life balance and overall well-being depends on the client project.

Pros

Can use educational materials and attend courses

Cons

It's better to fire and be hired to increase salary, annual-ish salary review is nonsense based on ~100-200$ increase, bonuses totally dependent on PM, if you are in distributed team where all from India, but you are not - >99% that they will forget about you

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad that you’ve appreciated access to our educational materials - supporting our employees’ professional growth is a priority for us. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the compensation review process. EPAM considers both internal and external factors when designing our Total Rewards package, with salary being just one component. Salaries are reviewed annually and adjusted based on factors such as individual performance and alignment with business objectives. We strive to ensure our pay-for-performance approach aligns with employee expectations, but we understand there’s room for improvement. We encourage you to connect with your Resource Manager to discuss your concerns in more detail. They can provide guidance on how to align your career goals with growth opportunities and ensure you feel supported. Alternatively, you can reach out to us directly at Glassdoor@epam.com if you’d prefer to discuss further. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements. Thank you again for taking the time to share your review, and we wish you success in your career.
