- Great place to learn (learning materials, sponsored certifications) - Internal mobility - it's possible to move between locations around the world - Helpful colleagues - Culture of help and trust - A lot of projects

Cons

- Sometimes you can stuck in an account / project and it's difficult to get out - Seems salary a little below than market average (but it's hard to proof)
