      Pros

      Company is innovative and has a diverse set of customers and is very stable. They have been learning from there mistakes since I started working there and it continues to be a better and bette place to work. The offer a bootcamp fitness training two nights a week after work.

      Cons

      It is an agency, so business can be a bit of a roller coaster. They are a little stingy on vacation days.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
