Pros

-Caring managers -You will work with and interact with folks from all over the globe -401k matching -Parental leave salary is paid at 100% -Extra benefits available such as hospital indemnity plan and identity protection

Cons

-Only 3 months of parental leave offered -#of PTO days offered is based on seniority -Lengthy and frequent training modules -You may end up having two calendars, managers, email inboxes, etc. to keep track of if you work on a project for another company as an employee of EPAM.
