Solid career development framework - EPAM has a well-structured career progression path with clear expectations for each level. If you're looking to grow your skills systematically, the framework is there to support you. Diverse project exposure - Depending on the project you're assigned to, you can work with modern technologies and gain valuable experience across different domains. Professional environment - Good collaboration tools, established processes, and a generally professional workplace culture. Learning opportunities - Access to training resources and certifications that can help you develop your technical skills.

Cons

Below-market compensation - The salary is noticeably lower compared to other companies in the region and market standards for senior-level positions. This was my primary reason for exploring other opportunities. Project dependency - Your growth and day-to-day experience heavily depend on which project you're assigned to. Some projects offer cutting-edge work and great teams, while others can be less inspiring. You don't always have much control over this. Office politics - Like many large organizations, internal politics can affect decision-making and team dynamics. Navigating these dynamics becomes part of the job, which can be draining at times.

Pros

Good Perks that includes, Mostly WFH Competitive CTC compare to other service based companies Good tech stack with decent good account like google, mastercard etc.

Cons

Frequent client changes. medium-hard level interview to crack client round that can goes min 2 round of interview to crack. Benching is the issue, won't entertain more than 3-4 months.
