EPAM Systems Poland went on a spree of ruining careers of engineers recently. They hired new engineers on their relocation program from different countries, and after hectic 5+ months of process when majority of employees having acquired their visa resigned from their previous companies, sold their stuff to relocate, taken their children out of school, few days prior to their flights were informed that they had to revoke their offers due to "Change in projects needs". After all this mess they didn't even bothered to compensate the employees to help them out with the financial losses they encountered due to this, instead informed the embassy on revoking their visa so they won't be able to travel and pursue legal proceeding against them. I being one of many affectees, was the sole breadwinner of my family, I lost my job due to them, sold my car, terminated my rental agreement, pulled my children out of school and few days before I was having my flight to Poland, they told me that they can't onboard me and will revoke my offer, now almost 1 month past all this I'm still unemployed, have my family affected, they couldn't have ruined my life any worst than this. I'll leave an advice for everyone being hired by them on relocation, be wary of this organization, they'll leave you in middle of nowhere and ruin your career just because of some "Change in Project needs".
