      Pros

      Great engineers, Mid/low level management are pleasant people who I like to work with. When I had issues with somebody/project it was easy to change the assignment. When I had issues with the client, higher management helped me. I feel supported and secure, there is a good work life balance

      Cons

      Since EPAM is a vendor for other IT companies salaries are not as high as at other companies

      It's outsource and can't compete on salary with top companies your work depends on project that you'll be assigned to
