Pros

Very good and transparent communicational, educational processes. Most of the low-level managers are pleasant to work with. A lot of different projects with different tech stacks. Opportunity to re-skill (software engineer to data engineer, etc) without loosing job and salary

Cons

Shady higher management due to the fact that company is on stock. Polish higher management is not in touch with the company personal. Compensation almost frozen starting from 2022.

Pros

* Internal systems are very organize. * Excellent learning platform for employees. * Promotes continuous learning and help to obtain certifications.

Cons

* Negotiate your salary well before entering, it is not easy to get a salary increase later. * Communication with project managers is very poor and suddenly you receive a bad performance review from them without any feedback about it.
