Good for 1-2 years

Pros

- enterprise level applications - mostly large teams, for a longer vacation there's always someone to backup you - full home office - can talk to native English speakers - flexible working hours, good if you have a family - kid's santa party is great - nice office buildings (but open office, bit noisy) - other non-monetary benefits

Cons

- there's a portal (opportunities) where you can choose/find project theoretically. But I've never got a chance just to read it at least. I force pushed to next any random project. - theoretically you can change project, but it's very hard, after 6 years I asked my first rotation but they refused. When I told that I'll leave then magically they solved within 2 weeks. - there is a promotion process called ASMT, but it is controversial. Lot to learn, ask feedbacks, self presentation and a cca 2 hours long stressful interview, but several colleagues just simply went to another company without this tricky process -it's a big, safe company, but it's a false feeling, there are interviews before each project, you'll have a new manager on each new project, new client, but old salary. So you have to sell yourself every year, then it is easier to change company with better salary. - salary is 5/10 I think - outsourcing is hard, most projects are spread over 3 continents, everything is outsourced, it is impossible to discuss at the same time - many people say that they are good learning opportunities, but I don't understand why. There is no dedicated time for studying, projects are rushed. You can only go to conferences if you take half of it as vacation o.O
