      Pros

      The S&P 500 company that still has a start-up culture. Lots of opportunities and internal support to succeed. Good benefits - health insurance options, ESPP, 401k with cost-efficient funds available...

      Cons

      Too dependent on the overall economic condition, Slowdowns may cause lower demand and as a result - layoffs.
