Pros

Very good onboarding and work culture. Flexibility with working hours and a work life balance, only sometimes interrupted by demanding customers. Lots of possibilities to learn more and to get certified in all possible directions.

Cons

As in every company, there is few individuals bringing bad habits and representing values not so compliant with work culture at EPAM. Some small conflicts of interest with utilization of company staff for personal gains by one of the leaders.
