      Pros

      Working for a large company like EPAM may not seem like a pro but I have loved every minute of it. The ability to move around between projects every 6 months to a couple of years has not only provided a continuation of industry knowledge but it has helped me to re-charge when joining a new project and keeps me motivated to perform at my absolute best. Other pros: - The pay is very competitive - benefits are fantastic - The flexibility to work basically anywhere in the world is huge. My wife and kids will often be enjoying time with family/friends while I am able to still continue working no matter the location.

      Cons

      Timezones can cause a regular change in your schedule which for some can be a con. Due to everyone working on different projects sometimes you can feel on a island a little bit. It would be nice if there was a way to build that internal team unity and relationships while also benefiting for remote work and other flexibility. If we could make sure to actually ear mark budget for yearly in person gatherings I think that would be a great addition.
