It is easy to climb mount everest than getting promotion at Epam.During interviews they will tell it is very easy to get promotion. Once you come in, there will be no hikes. You will get good hike only after promotion which is nearly impossible to get.

Cons

Too many terms and conditions for promotion Meagre payscale and hikes Some projects are very hectic.
