      Pros

      Joined EPAM in December 2021. Can only say good words about the company and the people I have met. Truly enjoy and am proud to work here. I am always skeptical when accepting a new job offer. But here at EPAM, everything said during the interview about the company, people, and all their benefits are real. Not like you have to wait a certain period to receive them, but they are available right from the start. The company is supportive of professional growth. Offering many internal and external training, lessons, etc.

      Cons

      Not really a negative side, but at my location, we don't have a physical office. For some it is important, but I feel ok with this model.
