      A few words about EPAM in Turkey

      - International company - Salary on time (but not always) - A lot of trainings, learning materials, internal programs - Competitive salary (only for local market) - Employee support (help with relocation, work permit) - Reliable company

      Cons

      - No promotion - No relocation (or highly restricted number of countries) - Broken promises - Lack of project - No perks - Many doubghtful decisions from top managers
