      Thank you for your feedback. Our hiring process is very stringent in terms of evaluation and compliance. A candidate has to go through minimum 3 rounds of interviews to get selected. The feedback is recorded and is posted in interview portal for future reference. So, there is no scope for hiring anyone who does not clear the interview process.       Great place to incubate your knowledge

      Pros

      They put a lot of effort to ramp up juniors and make them usefull as soon as possible and offer tons of trainings if ou want to increase your knowledge. If you are not leasy, you can become skilled developer after a few years who can be hired anywhere around the globe. Well equipped offices.

      Cons

      They need to keep your fee as low as possible and as long as possible because it is an outsourcing company. To step further You need to take extra effort e.g. be a mentor, take exams etc.

      Thank you for the feedback. In EPAM, there is a global mobility initiative where all oppurtunities across 25 countries are published online and associates can apply to these jobs provided they have spent minimum duration of 18 months in India. So, associates have an oppurtunity to work in Americas include Canada and Mexico, Europe including CIS countries, APAC including Singapore, Hongkong etc.
