      - variety of development projects to participate in - good benefits: sports teams, yoga - good office location - study groups and scholarships for students and young specialists - friendly culture - feedback-based performance reviews

      Cons

      - not all office are equally comfortable. Huge openspaces promotes distraction and at times hard to work at.
