Pros
Great opportunity to grow yourself by learning new technologies and doing big challenging projects for well-known customers. Nice colleagues. Also very professional colleagues whom you can learn really a lot from. Possibility to move to various offices around the globe.
Cons
Tough time schedules, the work loads can cause burnouts (the downside of doing big challenging projects). The company is big so sometimes there might be a bit too much bureaucracy (although there are a lot of efforts done to avoid it).
