      Pros

      Company has a very good level of technical specialists, a good community of practice. All necessary processes are in place and working, albeit not very efficiently.

      Cons

      There is a high level of bureaucracy in every aspect of work. Some of the things are working well, some don't and there is very little you can do if anything is not working well for you. Salary level is very average compared to the market.
