      It's a consulting company, so it is a reason that you can not influence customers. Managment is not good as it can be.

      The atmosphere here is relaxed compared to my previous employer. The project I'm working on is what I wanted to work on when I applied.

      Cons

      Compared to my previous job this position seems a bit too relaxed. Also there's a lot of red tape sorrounding potential change.
