      Pros

      Lots of white space. Plenty of opportunity to share ideas for improvement and then act on them. Plenty of support for employees to run with new ideas.

      Cons

      The pace is at times frantic. Keeping up with growth means a very busy pace. Which is not a negative, but is certainly challenging.

      Pros

      Good local and international opportunities for development and growth. The domains are also divers, an office can have project from multiple domains. The management supports internal movement between projects and offices, within reasons. Self-development opportunities via in house trainings, including live, webinar and recorded trainings.

      Cons

      The off-site compensation package is above the local industry average both nominal and benefits. The skill set of the developers and managers are varying on a large scale. You need some luck to get into a team with a decent team lead and project manager.

      Pros

      - good environment - friendly stuff - cookies at christmass - they provide possibility to improve your soft and hard skills as well

      Cons

      On some project no really possibility to WFH, but for example for me this couldn't work at all. If we considere everything than I think everyone could find some cons in every company, but if I compare this to my last company, than definitly the EPAM won.
