      Pros

      Great projects to get any experience at Linux or Windows world. Nice workplace. Rapid career growth with opportunity to work on sight. Great work-life balance. There is no need to leave at work.

      Cons

      Slow salary growing if you began your career at EPAM. Work equipment out of date. Lots of extra meetings.

      Pros

      Their system of training and mentoring helps juniors to adapt faster. During regular performance review you and a manager set clear criteria for promotion. Bureaucracy is rather mild. Typically there is good development process that involves unit testing and tasks automation. Although that depends much on a client/project.

      Cons

      The salary reviews could have been more transparent. Several times I was on bench without a project for about a month.

      Flexible working schedule, huge benefit package, open communication with management. Possibility to travel and to get experience from colleagues from other locations.

      Cons

      Huge number of internal systems and sometimes that's difficult to find info.
