No Pros to work in Epam

No security Job, even if we worked for more than 5yrs there is no security if u get one time less than 3 rating in feedback they are terminated. dont expect if u worked less than 5yrs employees.till now almost 500 employees fired without any reason. here there is no rating 0 or 0.5 so i am giving 1 rating.

Pros

Loose connections with management. If you are on site at client office, you won't see them for months.

Cons

Job security. Company takes care of everything. If one project is over they will find soon, but you still keep all company benefits salary, insurance, vacation days, etc. Huge training possibilities. A lot internal courses and communities.
