The company's global presence offers a unique chance to work with first-class customers from diverse regions, which has greatly enriched my professional experience. Excellent benefits package that is competitive and caters well to the needs of employees, contributing to overall job satisfaction. As a Senior System Engineer, I've found a truly supportive work environment that values innovation and technical excellence. The company's commitment to work-life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and understanding management have allowed me to maintain a healthy personal life alongside my career.

Cons

On the downside, while the company excels in many areas, its relocation process for employees, particularly those from the LATAM region, seems to currently lack focus and support, which can lead to feelings of being undervalued. Cross-departmental communication can be challenging at times, given the vast size of the organization, leading to occasional delays in decision-making or information exchange.
