- Healthy life balance; - Possibility to change project; - Many free courses; - Not large workload (depends on project).

Cons

- Your manager does't even know what you do on project. - Not competetive salary, +200 euro raise in 4.5 years. - Additional free volunteering besides 8 hours work (mentoring, interviewing)
