      Good perks and pay, but client changes are frequent

      Pros

      Good Perks that includes, Mostly WFH Competitive CTC compare to other service based companies Good tech stack with decent good account like google, mastercard etc.

      Cons

      Frequent client changes. medium-hard level interview to crack client round that can goes min 2 round of interview to crack. Benching is the issue, won't entertain more than 3-4 months.

      As it stands for consultant work this is a top tier company. They offer good opportunities for growth as well as a developer first culture.

      Management stress sometimes bleeds into the engineering side.
