Range of Projects with Big, Well-Known Clients: Opportunities to work on high-impact, complex projects for global brands. Possibility to Change Project: If a project isn’t the right fit, internal mobility allows you to move to another client or industry sector.

Cons

A recurring pain point is that salaries are perceived to lag behind market rates and don't adjust quickly- sometimes resulting in stagnation, especially during inflation.
