EPAM is a company that truly cares abou people’s growth, the provide a great KB where you could lear a lot and get ready for certifications, which they also gives vouchers for.

Great opportunities to grow, clear development path, office, WFH, people itself, lots of project and activities

Cons

I think compensation can be better Because of COVID there are less office seats All depends on project and its management
