- the office is conveniently located close to the central metro station - salary is paid without delays and much earlier than in other companies on the market (!) - good office facilities

Cons

- you may end up mostly doing the work you were not employed for - you may get a two-faced manager (my case, but it's only but a single project)

The company gives good working conditions for the employees. On some projects developers get to communicate directly with a customer and management.

Cons

Career opportunities depend on a project where you are. Thus not all employees get equal opportunities. Smart people who are on greedy customer project have very vew opportunities to advance whereas not so smart ones get a lot of opportunities on projects where customers pay a lot of money.
