All opportunities open if you are ready to be proactive, to contribute, and to learn new. A lot of challenges and a lot of opportunities to grow. Partnership with the majority of big tech. Super nice big communities for all domains and practices.

Cons

Salary is on the lower part of the range or in the middle in the best case. As it is a big company you may face the wrong people who would drive the impression from the company
