      They listen, sometimes. Good growth. Helpful. Has a vision. Gives chance to young people. Very kind.

      Cons

      Consultancy based projects can be good or bad. You're stuck with the management if you choose to stay in a supposed bad project. The only way out would then be to just leave the whole company.
