great benefits, not many opportunities

Pros

They have some incredibly good benefits as far as insurance and annual leave go.

Cons

There are not many opportunities for movement in the company. Promotions are few and far between if not destined for it from the start. Leadership has ideas that are seemingly detached from reality occasionally.

They are flexible with work hours and schedules and they have great benefits

Cons

note a lot of promotional jobs but they have lots of job options but they are mostly lateral moves not an advancement

Great company values and mission. Our work goes to improve the community versus fill share holder pockets. Excellent benefits

Cons

Compensation has not kept pace for tech jobs. There are few position that offer 100% remote work.
